BELM (Built Environemtn LifeCycle Management) is a digital assistance platform to support end user in decision making for the identification, analysis, implementation and monitoring of sustainability strategies and actions in the life cycle management of the built environment. BELM aspires to be a tool in the transition to a smarter, sustainable and resilient construction sector, creating awareness and co-responsibility in economic, social and environmental sustainability in the space in which we live.

BELM features

  • Definition of customized action scenarios. BELM defines customized action scenarios based on the specifics of the built environment in which they operate and a set of configurable parameters to model the action scenarios.
  • Advanced scenario comparison. BELM compares different intervention scenarios, assessing environmental, economic and social impacts by presenting results in a clear and intuitive way.
  • Data-driven decision support. BELM implements advanced algorithms by combining methodologies typical of different disciplinary fields, enabling it to analyze data collected and provide specific recommendations on what actions are preferable to take.
  • Dynamic and continuous monitoring and adaptation. Through data integration, monitors and adapts decisions based on real data, updating action scenarios based on new information or changes in context.
  • Sustainability, CSRD and ESG reporting. BELM makes reports of the situation and actions taken in line with sustainability, CSRD and ESG metrics and based on the choices identified with users creates a plan of investment actions, keeps it monitored and make reporting.
